An item is missing from my order
Open the order in Help, tap “Missing item”, pick what is missing and we refund it to your Jhepto Wallet instantly for most orders.
An item arrived damaged or leaking
Tap “Damaged item”, pick the item and add a photo. Most damaged-item refunds go to your wallet straight away.
My order is late
You can see live rider location on the order page. If it arrives later than promised, Help credits your wallet automatically.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the store starts packing. After that, chat with us and we will help.
